I came to cash and deposit an escrow check to this branch. Not only did they act like the check was a fake (they asked for the original document the check came with and then when I provided it to them they still refused to cash it) THEN the branch manager, Jose, told me "How do we know you won't cash/deposit and then withdraw all the money from your account." Terrible customer service, rude, and I will never come back to this branch. Seriously considering closing my accounts but I am just going to drive the extra minutes and go to the Fuqua branch.
